Im planning on getting their talk and broadband package(14.99) with free Line Rental included as well as a BT line for £124. Does this £14.99 require you to opt into paperless billing or is it £14.99 without paperless billing.

Don't forget you'll be contracted to BT for 12 months and breaching that contract will cost you another £70.

The minimum contract for line rental is 12 months (actually, it's for BT's Unlimited Weekend Plan which is line rental and free UK 01/02/03 calls at weekends) so you'll have to pay another £70 if you breach that.

It amounts to spending £194.99 to get Tiscali's services. OTOH, you might be able to get BT to install for £29.99 - getting that total down to £99.99.

Why don't you get Tiscali to install the line? Like all other line providers (incl. BT Retail), they can get Openreach to do that. Then you wouldn't have to pay BT anything (although I don't know how much Tiscali would charge of if they'd just come up with the usual "only BT can do that" or "you have to have a BT line first" lies).

Altough Tiscali could provide a line if they wanted to,they will tell you that you need a BT Line because the cheapskates want to cherry pick other providers customers.

Be aware they will also charge a £30 connection fee on top of the £14.99 a month package, and that they dont allow access to Indirect Access Codes like 1899/18185 once they unbundle your line.

They are putting up their call prices on the 1/5/2008. Visit: http://www.tiscali.co.uk/products/ta...B-0282&srccode
Your notice the massive increase in price for Evening Geographical Calls for people on the £14.99 a month package.
