Alex is fab!
I've liked him since week 1 and I hope he now takes what Sir Alan said and works with it - he does need to speak up for himself a bit more. Saying that, he is doing great

He's a snide and a snake.
Simple as really. Always passing the buck. Always trying to slither out of any blame, he did it tonight. He was lucky the rest of his team were even crapper! Alan will deal with him another time. |

I've already explained why.
He's calculating, I'll give him that, but his behaviour a few times has been very bad. He's turned on Claire a few times this series even though they've got on well in the episode itself. This was especially evident in the episode when Simon got fired. He realized that going for Simon was a mistake as Al liked him and simply turned on Claire. Alan DID fire Simon though, and Alex exposed himself as a rat. As I say, he'll be dealt with, it couldn't be tonight, as there was far more serious culpability on the other team members. |

Fair enough, he did retreat from being second in command but you can't blame him for trying to look out for himself. Also, Clare did but in when he was doing his negotiation so he wasn't lying

He tried lying and Margaret made sure the truth came out.
Love that woman. |

I will agree with you on that - he did try and lie, but that's all he's done.
I reckon Sir Alan knows he can be good (like in the first show) and he will make him project manager next week to (hopefully) prove that. I also reckon he likes Clare, but can't stand the way she is lol |

He LOST his one time at PM and hasn't done much since.
He's relying on his 'swooning looks' too much, this will cut no ice with Al Something strangely alluring about Claire, I'd like her to join me in bed while I work out what it is. |

In the sense that he won't be brought into the boardroom too often.

He won't be brought in because he's such a 'nice guy' - everyone likes him.

Ok, you're forcing me into a sexist remark
The ladies won't bring him in because they all want to bed him. OK! |

If he had been a competant worker week-in week-out it wouldn't be an issue...he hasn't.

I've not seen anything from Alex so far that would make him a good Apprentice. Regardless of Claire , his negotiating skills left much to be desired and he was awful as PM and totally out of control.

That can be said about other people as well. Is it just Alex that you feel this?
But he got his previously lazy team-mates Sara and Lucinda to really work hard for him. He did well. |

I can't stand him and the way he's constantly chewing his lip. He's a wimp and won't win.

Not fair, sez-babe quite eloquently explained his/her argument without resorting to text talk.
