Sara. She seemed confident and was helpful with the alarm clock and knowing that to get the chicken, you'd have to go to the Jewish quarter. Overall though, credit to the team, they all stepped up and got on with things

Lucinda for me. But I think she may be a little too quirky for Sir Alan's taste.

Sara. She's continued to be effective in the tasks, and we've still not seen her stoop to nasty behaviour.

It is so close between Lucinda and Sara because they're both lovely people, but I thought I'd show some support for Sara after she proved all those bullies wrong this week.

Sara, Lucinda and Raef are the only respectable candidates left, in my opinion, and they thoroughly deserve to be the final three.

I voted for Lucinda but am also liking Raef and Lee.

Raef's professionalism and likeabilty balance shouts 'winner' to me.
I like Lucinda too, but we've still yet to see as much business acumen from her as I would have hoped by now..

Raef and Lucinda, they both have very different qualities, but they compliment each other perfectly.

However they are both placid team players and thats what we like to see!!

I don't really get Lucinda's popularity myself. Nice woman and all that; but comes over a bit of a drip, has been lazy in certain tasks and hasn't shown a great deal of winning potential unless I'm watching a completely different show to everyone else. Still my third favourite, mind.
