Hi,

I've recently tried to use channel 4s on demand system but have been having some problems. I downloaded and installed it fine. I set up my account fine.

However when i navigate to a programme i want and click 'stream', first of all a box comes up saying that they are about to show me adverts whilst waiting for the programme to load. Then the box just disappears. Each time i click on the 'stream' button it does the same thing.

Does anyone know why this is?

I didn't even get that far with it. I click on the tray icon, a ghostly box appears and then vanishes.
Waste of time.

Would you like me to provide some steps to resolve this issue?

I'm game if you are. I get something similar with iPlayer although that actually does work, even though I don't see anything in the download manager display at all and so have no indication how long it's going to take. Also a script error warning keeps appearing.
4OD didn't even get that far.

Remeber, if 4oD isn't working, you can now watch TV online: http://www.channel4.com/watch_online/

I'm using XP.

The annoying thing is that I used 4od about a year ago and had the same problem. However i worked out what it was and then was able to use it fine. However i can't remember what i did! ; - )
