Initially I was disappointed when I received a letter to say Craig was not Joseph today at the 2pm performance of Joseph....now I am glad because Alistair was fantastic and his voice is really superb........he also thanked the audience at the end which I thought was a lovely thing to do........I loved his performance..brought a smile to my face!

Got the chance to see Ali again as Joseph on Wednesday, and he gave another superb performance as Joseph

Must give my thanks to him for waving back to the three year old in our party, and for having his photo taken with her after the show He made a little girl very happy

I would just like to say I saw Alistair as Joseph for the first time today, as craig had done the 2pm on Sat, and wow is the only way of describing his performance, the collective groan that went up when they announced he was playing the role soon disappeared as he showed them just what he can do, and I have seen several people play Joseph now, but I can safely say Alistairs close every door is the only one to ever bring a tear to my eye. I am really looking forward to seeing him in the role again in Dartford.

Alistair was amazing as joseph yesterday!!!!!!!!!!! well worth the wait of god knows how many months!!!! the people sitting next to me where disappointed (as was a large majority of the audience) when dean announced that it was alistair, but he got a massive cheer after mst of his songs. it was brilliant, and lots of people kept stopping him and asking for his autograph after the show.....

Alistair's recently been playing Billy in the Boy George musical Taboo in Brixton.

It's the part originally played 9 years ago by Three Musketeers star Luke Evans, long before he became a Hollywood star.

Maybe that bodes well for Alistair's future career?
