BT - moving home
I need some advice- The contact is up on my property in a month or so and i have a BT contact that runs until 4th December, I moved into the property in August and we tried to get BT to install a line straight away but they messed us around over installation (its a really long story). Anyway im going to move back in with my Dad who already has a BT line in his name, i was wondering when i cancel my account do i have to pay a cancellation fee since my contract is not up even though i am moving to a property which already has a BT line and they messed me around over getting a line in the first place!!!
PLEASE HELP! |

Your contract was for 12 months so there will be a breach of contract fee. It's either the remainder of the monthly charges or £70, whichever is lower.
