with all these aliens old and and new or what is the ultimate aliens / race /monster in battle or surviving and winning and conquering its got to be the daleks ,would to see them come up against the sontarans.

2. The top of the current universe timelords, toclafane(humans in the future), Daleks
3.Races that were aware of the timeware Autons, Gelth, Sontarans, Pyrovile. krillitanes, Judoon, Cybermen

Ooh when I first saw the toclafane I wondered how theyed fare against the daleks.

well no one in the universe have ever exactly beaten the daleks they always come back or find a way to come back 
I'm not sure the toclafane are that great. They certainly don't deserve equal billing with Time Lords and Dlaeks surely?
They did well against 21st century earth but then they had advanced weaponry from the future, greater numbers and the element of surprise. Without that they were just a flying ball with lasers on it and and equally armed force could have probably defeated them relatively easily. I seem to recall that one of them was brought down by three fleeing survivors armed with a pipe?
And whilst they travelled through time, wasn't that down to the Master and not of their own doing?

Aren't the Judoon technically goodies, being sort of intergalatic police and all? Although they aren't the sharpest aliens in the galaxy...

I think DW enemies work best when they are to sole villain of a story. When they match big bads against each other it fails as it diminishes the impact of both baddies.
Throughout the classis series fans speculated what a fight between the Daleks and Cybermen would be like. As fans of the show RTD and his team gave us this as they thought it would be a viewers dream. But let's face it, it failed. It had to fail because it could never live up to fan's expectations. Hence why certain things should not be shown, things like the Time War.
