Dana could be Ricardo's twin sister. In fact, she looks exactly like he does when he's in drag. I'd love to see the two of them side by side. The resemblance is uncanny. They even have the same expression when they're sulking.

I thought she looked a bit like Cindy Crawford in the pic on the left, but when you actually see her she is nothing like her whatsoever. I also thought that Michelle resembled Sarah Michelle Geller.

When i spotted the similarity she was sat in a chair with her hair laying behind the back out of view. So in a darkened room with short hair she looked a dead ringer for her.
