Hi, I have a BT Caller Display 30 on my extension socket. It has worked fine up to a couiple of days ago.
I've changed the batteries but all it shows is the time and 'New Calls 0'.
I've tried it on the master socket and it works fine there - so the time dispaly is now current too.

any ideas why it would suddenly stop working on my extension socket?

Wiring fault would seem to be the first suspect - does a phone plugged into this extension socket work ?
