Flawless Raef. That's how I see him. He can do no wrong.

Lucinda. She is a true manager. She leads people with respect and integrity. She assesses skillsets very well and puts the right people in the right jobs. And she's fluffy.

Raef followed by Lucinda again. My husband is in awe of how perfectly groomed he is at all times.

The Leader of the "B" team.

Lady Lucinda.

Even if she doesn't win the competition it would be good for her to get to the finals and show that you don't have to be a complete biatch to be a successful business woman.

My rating of the candidates:

Lucinda - nice and good at leading
Claire - buckled down supported the team and sold really well
Raef - dashing as always but didn't seem particularly in his element tonight
Lee - got on with the job and did a really good sales job
Alex - looked like he was chewing a wasp throughout but got on with the job
Sara - a bit too pushy on the cake sales, needs to stand up for herself more
Helene - didn't lead well, made bad decisions and then didn't do a lot
Michael - horrible, obnoxious and very arrogant without any ability to back up the arrogance.

I thought Lee came out best this week followed closely by Raef

So who's your pick this week?

Can't believe I'm saying this as I hated her about 4 weeks ago , it's Helene ”

Have you alerted your post so we can have a poll?

I think she's really suited to the role and has considerable experience and acumen. And she doesn't look like the type that would just bugger off after 6 months or have a fling and get pregnant so she could win.

To be fair there's only been 9 votes cast so far.

I doubt she'll manage 10% near the end of the week ..
