Don't get me wrong, I think SAS is amazing. However, I wish he would listen to Margaret and Nick more. They send clear messages, comments, advice but he never seems to take notice.
I think he does listen but the decision is ultimately his own and if he were to simply follow their advice his position would be pointless, the person will be working for him, not Margaret or Nick.
Also Nick and Margaret are limited in what they can offer, Sugar has made light of Margaret's weaknesses with selling- they are important to the show but the interview stage shows that they are not entirely important to the decision.
