In more ways than one!

http://www.newtheatrix.co.uk/Trial/thecast.html

Scroll down to find his profile, if you can't be bothered here is his write up:-

Michael has been involved in theatre from a young age. While still at school, he took part in a production of Theseus and the Minautor, as well as a number of other shows. While he was attending Highgate school in London, Michael spent two years at the Sylvia Young drama school and went on to appear in Guys and Dolls (Loesser & Burrows) and later Cabaret (Kander & Ebb), as well as playing Salieri in a production of Peter Schaffer's Amadeus and appearing in French Without Tears (Rattigan) and The Cat and the Canary (Willard). Michael also got the opportunity to direct and produce, as well as appear in, a critically acclaimed production of Agatha Christie's And Then There Were None. Michael is very grateful for the opportunity that Tom and the team have given him in The Trial.

I guess he can vitalise an acting career if all doesn't go too well on The Apprentice.

I hope we don't see more of him on TV.

With that expressive voice ranging between everything from monotone to whining displeasure and a face that shows all the emotions from why me to why me, he must surely have a place in the theatre (selling ice cream).

Well he doesn't appear to be a very good one.

That website is just a link to a show he did with Bedlam Theatre, which s the Edinburgh University Theatre group. It was good when I was there in the 80s...so maybe Margaret is right. Not only is the University not as good as it was, but neither's it's drama group.
BTW I am a professional theatre director - and there s NO way that Michael could ever work as an actor with that whingy voice of his.

Should have fired him. (Sorry, I can't help it)
But I think he wants us to shout at our TVs for a week or so longer yet.
