Who's your least favourite after Week 8 then?

It's hard to pick between Alex and Micheal. And I don't get the Lee love either.

Helene.

I know it goes against the majority view but, I can't put my finger on why I dislike her more than the others. It could be that she's coming across as trying to be too masculine in her approach and feels insecure when feminine women like Lucinda still manage to get things done.

There were two shots in last night's episode that made me think this:

1. Lucinda walked into the BR in a dress and jewellery, whereas Helene wore the stereotypical trouser suit;

2. when she got back to the house she sat like a man. I know that doesn't necessarily make her a "bad person" but, it did make me think that she believes to be good in business you have to be masculine. So when someone "fluffy like Lucinda is seen to do a job as good (if not better) than her it shakes her core belief system.

This is NOT a slur on her sexuality (as that is none of my business). But, she was the one wearing the dresses for her team, (a bad choice as I think Sara would have looked better) and this led me to believe that she is as "girly girly" as Lucinda but, hasn't got the confidence to be as feminine in the BR.

I'd don't like Helene much either, she just seems to behave like she doesn't want to be there any more.

However, I think Michael is awful so he get's my vote this week!

Michael is certainly a close second, but Helene just gets worse, IMO!!

Alex.

I've disliked him from the start and he's done nothing to change my impression of him.

Helene, her eyes in the boardroom scared me - she simply disliked Sara and it showed. Unprofessional.

That's such a weird thing to pick up on.
I really don't like Helene, but possible you are reading too much into it all. She said early in the programme that she used to model wedding dresses when she was younger so I think that's why she wore the dress at the NEC.
I don't find her masculine at all?? I think that's ridiculous.

As the week's go on, Michael is getting worse, getting more aggressive and impatient. I did think he might've been booted out last night too, but maybe Sir Alan will want to see him project manage next week as a final opportunity to show his worth?

I know it sounds ridiculous and I don't know the woman but, from what I've seen that's what I think. The fact that she was a model in her younger days which is a very feminine profession led me to believe that she's envious of those who still are in the cut-throat world of business. She has adapted a very masculine aggressive persona and somewhere deep down she's jealous of the more feminine candidates who are being true to themselves.
