I have my Sky+ box connected to my surround sound system using the red and white audio leads, recently however the sound is a bit delayed after the picture by a half a second or so. Not much but very noticeable.
Does anyone have a clue whats causing this?

ps The lead goes directly between the 2 with no splitters.

If you Sky box and your surround sound box support it, use digital audio (SPDIF) via either optical or coax.

Is there any change to the TV sound or as that in sync? I often find Sky, esp Sky +, can assume a delay like this and the solution is the old switch it off and back on again.
