To be fair, anything compared to last week's episode would be a tad dull.

But rest assured, next week it's the advertising task

We love the advertising task, whch I always feel is a tad unfair-because in "real business" a creative non-executive team would be appointed from outside. It's not as if they are auditioning for film school.
But it's still a hoot.

To be honest that's where I thought Simon won last year's Apprentice. He was without the star of that show and the episode.

I read somewhere because of his marketing background this is SAS's favourite task.

it looks like its going to be a gooood one, lucinda and lee having a few arguements, alex directing, michael's actor side coming out (well its been out this whole time...) and finally an episode where i don't know at all who's getting fired! ive been good, and not looked at any spoilers. Actually i didnt know for sure who was going in the last task, but i had a feeling it would be either sara, helene or claire.

Agreed. I always feel for them a bit with the advertising task (funny as it is) because they always do their very best at it. It's hard being creative on tap (I went to art school for a year, believe me, I know. ), which is why, in the real world, qualified people are commissioned.

I don't think the point is being creative in advertising.. I think the point is creativity full stop. Sir Alan will be looking for those who can bring creativity and innovation to their role at Amstrad.. regardless of the job.
