He is awful - Sir Alan obvioulsy likes him, but from what we see he is a horrible little man.

He is clearly not very bright and is loud and brash.

Lets hope he goes next!!!

I don't like him too, his attitude stinks.

But he is only 22 or 23 i think. So he could still become a nice guy in the end. (not in the series). He acts like a terrible adolescent teenager

However that he thinks making money is more important than friends or family doesn't bode well.

He is, to quote him, "a dum dum". Horrible little man with no integrity.

I allways get the feeling he keeps in the big "charactors" as they make good tv but he wont last!

He really is awful, how the hell did he get into edinburgh uni.

He is still there because people talk about him the next day at work, in blogs, in the pub etc. Much as I hate him I want to see him in the final three so he can be annihilated by the three tough guys who do the interview stage.

Micheal is hardly a 'big character' though...he has no charisma and no entertainment factor. His just rubbish.

I thought he called the customers (or potential customers) "dumb dumbs"

Well anyway he is a dummy

Hmm, I would put it a bit stronger than that, but, having only just got here, I don't wanna get banned!

He called customers dumb dumbs as if they didnt know what they wanted...

When in fact they knew that what they wanted was not what he was offering! They were strong enough not to be bullied by his inappropriate pressured sales techniques - they were the very opposite of dumb dumbs!

If he could control his facial expressions, he'd be more likeable. But only slightly - its clear he has no respect for anybody else!

I wonder what the people he'd tried the hard sell on with thought when they saw the programme. He's the one that looked the dumb dumb !!

The only reason I can think of as to why he didn't get the sack is to keep us all watching every week hoping for the day to come when he does.

I can only surmise that Surallan has a crush on him and was taken in by his plaintive 'give me another chance' pleas
