HDMI Problem
Hi,
I have a Philips 26" LCD TV (about a year old as far as I know) and a Philips DVP5860 upscaling DVD player. I connected the two with a Wharfdale 2m HDMI lead (£15) and it worked but since then it only works intermittently (and usually doesn't). Can anyone shed any light on this? Kyu |

i would try another HDMI lead.
the one you have is a very cheap lead and may be faulty. try borrowing a lead from someone or ask a freindly shopkeeper if you can try-before-you-buy. if you get same problem there could be a fault with one of the ports. good luck. |

I agree it's worth trying another cable, but disagree that £15 is cheap! You can get them for a fiver these days!
