Thought it was worth having a most likeable candidate thread as a companion to most unlikeable thread here:

This isn't necessarily about who you think are the best candidates, it's about the ones you like the most, for whatever reason.
So for me, it would be:
1. Raef Bjayou (series 4) - Old fashioned gent, knight in shining armour and too many entertainingly memorable moments to count!
2. Simon Smith (series 4) - The most gracious, self-deprecation, and honest candidate in the shows history, as well as being the ultimate team player. Went far to early.
3. James Max ( series 1) - Super nice guy, with the ability to laugh at himself, most notably in the home shopping task.
4. Lucinda Ledgerwood (series 4) - Calm, quirky with a low-key management style, Lucinda came in for a lot of stick from her more aggressive colleges, but has proven that you don't need to be nasty to do well.
5. Adam Hosker (series 3) - Very dogmatic candidate with a dry sense of humour that apparently went over the heads of his fellow candidates leading to his being largely ostracised by the group, bless....
With this current series featuring so many unpleasant candidates, it's worth reflecting on the fact we have had a few real gems as well I think...
