how do I add dvd recorder
I have the following set up
Virgin box scart to TV scart Video recorder scart to TV scart RF cable from video to tv How do I add a dvd recorder ? I am wanting to transfer video tape to dvd disks. |

I presume your video has 2 scart sockets ?

Video SCART ---> Virgin VCR SCART Virgin TV SCART --> DVDR input SCART DVDR output SCART --> TV RGB SCART Make sure that you have everything set to RGB for recording off Virgin (you'll have to go to composite though for recording off VCR). When you press play on the VCR it will feed through the Virgin box and you can record directly onto the DVD recorder . Using this set up you won't be able to record off the VCR whilst watching Virgin but apart from that it's the most convenient and best picture quality way to set things up. |
