I think that wen rose returns the doctor vanishes and donna and rose must fly the tardis to save him. its obviously a kinda joke to rose saying summat to donna "turn left!" or summat

Pretty sure the TARDIS disapears along with the Doctor.

As it's an episode dealing with Parallel Worlds "Turn Left" is most likey a reference to that.

Every decision you make creates a new reality, turn right and you're in one world, turn left and you are in a totally different reality.

mm yeah i dunno but when ur like in a rush like getting ur wife to the hospital and u dont know the way and shes screaming at you "TURN LEFT!" you jsut imagine it dont you.
