Twice now they've named each other as "not Nancy", when I think both have never been the worst. And tonight when Rachel was saved Sam seem to be slightly out to the side and turned away.

Nah,it's all fabricated tension to create a bit of false drama.Much more likely that they agreed to nominate each other every week. That's what i would do.

I think we discussed this in another thread, but there appeared to be two "groups" within the Nancy House: Rachel, Jessie, Jodie and Ashley; Sarah, Naimh and Sam. Not to say the two groups don't get on, but in a group of so many girls, smaller groups will emerge. Sam's going to have to integrate herself into an established group of friends now that Naimh's gone, but I'm sure they all get on reasonably well.

*shrug*

The rivalry between the two is probably payed up on camera, but DVO's comment to Rachel about Sam will probably make Rachel a bit bitter.

We can only speculate.

Me too! have an arrangement with somebody so noone gets offended. To be honest though, i think I'd more likely just point blank refuse to name anyone. They can't force you! That way you don't get Daily Mail articles written about how you "stuck the knife into" another contestant in an interview

I wish they would drop this aspect from the show, seems pointless to me and a cheap move by the BBC. There's no need for the extra dramatic effect especially as what they show can so easily be edited.

I'd love to think that. Call me a big softy, but I like to imagine that all the girls get on well. Which is why I hate that they ask them this question.

Ahh, that would make sense, thanks.

I guess it probably is all staged for 'dramatic effect' or whatever. I agree, they should drop this whole "who is not Nancy" malarkey - it's not constructive, it's not nice and it's not interesting.

I do not understand why they have not only had to do this at all, but 3 times? Seriously? And not even a different question, the same quesiton, three times??

The BBC are really pulling out the stops to create 'drama'. Why they think it is a good idea baffles me.

There's so much filler in the Sunday show as it is.
I guess it adds to the "tension"....

Not a fan of the Sunday (really the late Saturday show!), it adds little to the programme overall

It's really annoying me too. I didn't like it the first time, or the second time, or the third. I just think it's a bit nasty, there's no need for it!

Niamh and I think Sam did.

I think they probably all get on fine...any rivalry is natural it doesn't necessarily mean tension or "issues".

Rachel and Sam might be aware that they are similar "types" and recognise they're more in competition with each other - to a certain extent - than say Jodie and Jessie would be.

Anyone notice that when the girls all hug on the results, Sam is always left out I got the impression Niamh was her only friend remaining, and now she's gone too.

What was that all about? It seemed an out of place remark at the time.
Has that been discussed in another thread because Rachel must have peed DVO off big time for the 'professional' to take tips of the 'newbie'!

I didn't like that remark - I don't think it's too constructive to make such direct comparisons.

On Saturday night none of them said Jessie wasn't Nancy.

Which is probably why someone, Niamh I think, said her on Sunday. If it's all worked out in advance though Niamh is much thicker skinned than any of the panel ever gave her credit for as she was named more than anyone!

well her and Niamh are close. she will miss her.

i hate it when they ask them who they think is not nancy. this has to create some sort of tension in the house... but maybe they all talk to eachother and say "right, this is what we are going to say blah blah blah" because they know it is coming anyway.

they just don't seem to have a hate in that house, that was so apparent in the Maria house; especially by Simona.

jodie, jessie and rachel seem close and jessie always runs straight to jodie and they hug, kinda leaving sam out. plus sam seemed close to niamh so was more concerned about niamh rather than congratualting rachel

twice now rachel and sam have named each other as not nancy, and dont seem that close. Bet rachel didnt like that comment from DVO about taking tips from rachel
