C:13:01 Memory Stick error
FunkMonkey
19-05-2008
Just wondered if anyone could help or may have experienced a similar problem.
I have a Sony DSC T-200 cam and a 1gb Sony memory stick pro duo. When I turn the camera on it displays the error code C:13:01 with the message "Memory stick format error" and i can no longer access the pictures stored on it.
I've tried putting the stick into my PC and PS3 however it does not read on both occassions, although on the PC it asks me to "format the disk Yes or No" when i click on the drive containing the memory stick.

If anyone has any ideas on solving this then i would be very grateful as i have pictures on there from a recent trip to NY which look like they might now be lost for good.

You get the same type of error messages on pcs with unreadable removable media.
