Hmm... could she win? I don't want to bring it up in case it curses her, but the end is in sight, and I'm hoping she doesn't go tonight because she really doesn't deserve to!

Part of me thinks that if she doesn't win, I'd like her to be third so that we get her to sing ALAHNM. The person in second place doesn't, does she? But then clearly, I'd rather her be second than third (and obviously, first than second!)!

Yes, it is really exciting and goodness only knows what this board will be like between now and the final - the knives will be out big time I reckon

I just can't see how anybody other than Jodie could pull this off - and I think the panel knows it.

Jodie can take direction - that's clear from the comments. Yet ALW made a pointed remark that Jessie had sung her song HER way, not ALW's, so obviously can't take direction.

Jodie has been a clear favourite (if not the favourite) with the public. ALW said he didn't think Samantha would last beyond week 7. Samantha is not, I think, that big a favourite with the GBP.

Jodie has done different performances - tough, ballsy, vulnerable, sophisticated. The other contestants have not demonstrated variety.

Jodie is consistently good, even with a naff song. The others have all shown weaknesses.

Oh, WTF - I don't need to justify it - Jodie IS Nancy. Full bloody stop!

I think in real life Jodie is very much like Nancy. She is upfront and tough yet underneath you get a real sense of vulnerability that I feel lacks in the other contestants.

Really hope she can do this and win!

Well fellow fans we've got to vote for her next Saturday. Watched it again on i-player it sounded even better than last night on TV.

Its interesting to see her keep raising the bar like this.........her performanced was so eye catching. She out shone Sam, did you see her acting in song with JCS she was good......everyone was on their feet at the end, even ALW and Cameron. I also noticed that Cameron was watching the public reaction........

Heya, I am so happy that she is in the final. I think she would make a brilliant Nancy. I couldn't believe Bh, and CM said she shouldn't be Nancy. They said she isn't gritty enough! She has got more grit than Sam and Jessie put together!

I am gutted as I missed most of tonight's show as my brother who hasn't been in touch with out family for over two years rang. Obviously I thrilled he rang, but I'll have to watch the show when it comes up on the internet. Does anyone know if it is on iPlayer or am I reduced to watching clips?

If it isn't on now, it'll be on tomorrow.
