I've got everything crossed for Jodie on Saturday night.

Personally, I feel she is the only one who could play Nancy. Sam and Jessie don't look like they have lived, understood the pain and Nancy goes through while Jodie seems to put it off with her life experiences.

Sam is better off going down the pop career path and Jessie - she has a career in the west end, I'm sure.

Nothing we have'nt heard before but if they can build Sam's voice in six months and help Jessies' acting/movement then I assume Jodies' Fitness (if there is an issue) could be worked on.

I am a breakfast show presenter on a station up here in Yorkshire. I had Jodie on the phone this morning for 5 mins and she was a real joy. Fun, frivellous and a really good fun guest. I will be honest I haven't seen the show but she has won me over big style.

They keep talking about fitness but she is the only who already has a proven record of fitness before the show even started. It's just designed as a smear campain to put people off before Saturday. It really is disgusting how much bias is in this article.

I think we knew already that both Cameron and ALW were getting digs in every week about Jodie's weight with the matronly and meatloaf comments. This only confirms it.

Love Jodie and as I've said before size does not equal fitness. I know who I'm supporting it's up to everyone to vote and show this is the woman we want for the part!

I don't think there has been one of her performances that I haven't liked, she has worked hard in all the missions and she has a bubbly, strong, warm personality that would engage with audiences. For me, Jodie is the most consistent and perfect woman for the role


I think the concerns over her weight is harsh! She looks fit and healthy and I'm sure that she is, she is hardly big anyway, she looks perfectly normal to me! It's just that the other two are extremely slim in comparison, I think Sams waist is tiny! but Sam is also probably fit and healthy, different sizes suit different frames.
I hope Jodie proves all her critics wrong and wins the competition

a) Jodie is not big, she's normal.
B) She is obviously very fit.
c) She doesn't need six months, she's ready now.

The Official site also confirms that if there are phone problems on saturday then they will get their own result from an independent jury. Surely viewers can complain to Ofcom if their votes dont end up being counted as producers dont get the desired result?

Do you know what I'm not bothering to check out that thread! Those people who are putting Jodie down because of her weight need to get a life. She is not "big" by anyone's standard. She is beautiful, and gorgeous.
