Hi, I have the D series and it is superb for my xbox360. Standard sd ok DVD really good and thats just using th xbox drive. I went to buy a cheaper bravia but this was on next to it and looked the far better telly. I normally only buy after reading 50 reviews so was pleasently surprised that this had good write ups afte the purchase. It all comes down to personal preferance and I am still happy with mine 6 months later.

The D series has the motionflow 100hz built in so movement on sports and fast moving images will be improved.
