Certainly a more old-fashioned way of doing things, but a good one. 90 minutes is far more of a strain on one commentator's voice; and also on the ears of the listener, it's nice to hear two differing styles on the same match. It's why Green and Ingham work well as a partnership, because their differing styles complement each other. I think Talksport's 'one commentator' way of doing things suffers in comparision.

No he just does the Saturday Night phone in. Back end of last year they did the phone in on both stations till 6pm then an extra hour on City Talk till 7pm.

Phil Cooper presented Terrace Talk from 12-2pm with Ian Snodin and Gary Gillespie today.

Didn't listen to the Blues match today but I think the presenting is done from the commentator at the ground on Saturdays.
