In that case:-

Monday 30th June: talkSPORT

UEFA Under 21 Championship Final
England Under 21 v Germany Under 21 - Graham Courtney

Out of interest, I wonder why talkSPORT decided to swap over their England Under-21 match reporter after the group stage?

Andy Clarke covered the Finland, Spain and Germany Group A matches before Graham Courtney stepped in for the semi-final and final.

I know both men were working off-tube, but I would have thought it would have been good practice to use a single reporter for the duration of the tournament. Maybe Clarkey/Graham was on holiday for part of the tournament? Who knows?

This was for BBC Five Live Sports Extra I presume. Good to see Bob Ballard was in the presenters chair.

Out of interest, who (if anyone) was filing reports for Five Live during their coverage of the Andy Murray match?

Was it the off-air commentator, did they pick up commentary at certain intervals or did they just cross at half/full time?
