Hi

Iv got a Digihome DTR160 and have set a number of programs to record via the guide but iv noticed that some programs where there is a +1 option like E4 or Channel4 I get two timers set for teh same program ??

The second one tends to disappear as the first recording finishes but it does cause timer conflicts on the box.

Anyone else had this ?? Any ideas ??

Although it is not certain I think the thread you linked to was for a T810 Vestel PVR whereas it seems more likely that the OP has a Vestel T825 if it was a recent purchase or possibly a Vestel T816 if purchased between July and Dec 2007.

If the OP has a T825 on software version 2.7 then the discussion in the thread here is more relevant even though the discussion there is primarily about the 4.8 software as 2.7 and 4.8 have the same issues as far as Series Record is concerned which is probably the cause of the OPs problem.
