A very good way of summing him up

He's very watchable and viewer-friendly.

I think he's a pretty solid presenter. I prefer him on YF because he seems able to show a bit more of his mischievous side than on The One show....

What I lov about YF is that Adrian and the panel say what they think, they don't suck up to the candidates. Raef was clearly well liked. And justifiably so. I think it's a good companion show.

Yes he's allowed to be himself more on Your Fired.

I don't watch the One Show much but when I have I've thought he felt a bit restricted. His interviews don't flow as well on there.
