Simon gone - well he was crap but likeable

Sara gone - annoying voice yes, but went up in my estimation on how she handled the verbal attacks.

Now Raef gone - enough said

Not so keen on Lucinda; only because she may be the most overrated person on tv in years....after that 'big game' player Cristiano Ronaldo.

I want Lucinda to win but only because she's the best of a bad bunch. They are all generally terrible though.

I think Lucinda is quite nice, I would much rather have her as my manager instead of my current bitch I mean cow.

It's a poser, isn't it? OK, Raef was the one primarily to blame for losing the task, so his firing wasn't a complete travesty (like Sara's and Shazia's were), but he was really the only feasible candidate left. Which of the others can Sir Alan employ?

Lucinda? I like her, and she's not the waste of space she initially seemed, but it's been plain on more than one occasion that she's prone to being emotionally flakey.

Claire? A very able woman, who is more often right than wrong, but her company would be utterly unbearable for more than a few minutes. Imagine that Vicky Pollard voice going on and on and on at you!

Helene? Utterly useless. She's been a crap PM twice now; I can't think of one thing she's done that turned out well.

Alex? Again, not incapable, but you'd never dare turn your back.

Lee? I know Sir Alan can come over aggressive himself, but does he really want someone prone to the kind of snarling outbursts Lee seems horribly prone to.

Michael? Don't even get me started. No redeeming features whatsoever.

People may say that, in retrospect, Simon was rubbish (and he was in that task) but does it really matter? Let's face it, SAS could afford to let his apprentice restock the bogs with paper for a year if his judgement was way off (and few would know), so it's not that crucial a decision. Ok, Simon had a lot of flaws, and he said himself that he was an ideal number two, but wasn't that more conditioning than anything else? If there had really been anyone else more capable among the shower that SAS had in front of him, I would have been applauding SAS's decision. (as I was at the time). Now, however, seeing the shower he has left, I'm worried.

Lucinda to win

I think Claire's going to win and I'm okay with that. She is the most competent and when the criticism against her is of the "damned if you do, damned if you don't" variety - to whit: if she forcibly registers her views, she's a gobby disruptive cow and if she doesn't, she's not working for the benefit of the team - it runs pretty hollow as a criticism.

Well after Raef going against those two uncomprehensible beings on that side, I then looked at the other side and kind of liked them better for some reason.

God help me

Of the ones who are left I will amaze myself and go for Claire on the basis that she has shown she is competent, she can learn when mistakes are pointed out to her, she wants to win and can walk over people to do so but can also give praise for good work and she possibly isn't as overbearing in a real work situation when you are not out to get rid of the opposition on a daily basis.

Other than her who is left?

Alex: a miserable nonentity who has shown absolutely no abilities to lead or learn
Lee: too many anger problems
Helene: a lying, cheating, backstabbing lazy waste of space who puts more effort into finding someone to blame than she does into actually working on a task
Lucinda: quirky and interesting but probably not the right person to look after an Amstrad property portfolio.
Michael: further words are not necessary to explain why he has to go but only after those nasty interviewers have proved beyond all doubt that he is a ratty, snakey, vile, brown nosing ... (deep breaths, deep breaths) ... oh fill in your own reason here.

I'm not even looking forward to the rest of the series now, I don't like anyone left so I no longer care who wins.

I have sort of lost interest in the series now as SAS has made some strange decisions and has been unable to justify them. The ones left are mostly there for viewing figures because the BBC & SAS has such contemt for us viewers they think we want to see the best go so the others can squabble like BB.

Lee is the only one I can see as anyway good left
