Is it me or was this whole thing really bizarre? You'd think a plot like that would've lasted longer and had much more coverage/screentime and been made into a MUCH bigger story. Instead it was just a couple of scenes, and Len was sort of like, "oh well, okay, as long as you're not doing it anymore," And that was it...

Are they going to bring this back up, after it turns out she didn't give up at all or maybe started again? Because otherwise it's just stupid...

I can see your point and agree. But what the crew are looking for is viewing ratings not long storylines that don't crab the atention of the viewers.

Agreed Drifter, the whole drug thing wasnt really looked into properly.....it was like it was used as a side story to back up Ollie's and Danny's relationship difficultie's, infact hard to describe how crap the drug storyline was.

Maybe but drugs has been used so many times in the past.

I don't think it's been used THAT much in soaps.

The only recent-ish one I remember is Janine, and how craply was THAT handled? Like she went away briefly, somehow came back a drug addict and then got over it in about 2 weeks or something . I'm not sure what drugs Ollie was using (was it even mentioned???), but they should've made more out of it, and it could've been a great storyline.

Nick's drug addiction in The Bill is an example of it done WELL...

They could have used it in a bigger storyline for her, but they could have something else planned, because she should be getting her results soon, so does anyone know if she passes? and maybe if she doesn't then she could get hooked again during the resists and with Danny spending more time working for Rodney he might fail to notice anythings wrong and she could be addicted before anyone realises.
