OK I accept her idea about the gay couple was not her best however she was right about the box design = it looked crap.

Also I noticed how sneaky Lee is at talking about her behind her back. Alex is just plain awful as a manager and it showed.

The sad thing is that she is the task manager next week and that task is somthing she knows nothing about = sports cars! Poor Lucinda will no doubt lose that task and A & L will gang up on her in the boardroom and she will probally be fired next week.

It's a shame that Lee chose to side with clueless Alex having built up such a good working partnership with Lucinda. He should have remained loyal.

Yes I noticed it. They want to take out the competition.

The problem is Lucinda isn't the smartest politically. She becomes over emotional when under attack and this makes her look a bit silly

I thought it was very clear from the preview of next week's episode that Lucinda is getting the sack.

What I don't understand is how they all like Alex. He comes across as such a pup. He thought he was the bees knees in the harvey nicks get up last night with his smug poser expression. He's sullen and has an awful condescending attitude.

However the person I can't stand normally wins so .....

Unlike Alex and Lee who look very silly most of the time.

They take great care not to give the game away with the previews.

If the preview makes it look as if one particular person will get fired it's more than likely that they won't.

Correct, but part of me thinks it may be to make us think she gets the sack!

Although I agreed with Lucinda about the box design, I don't think her idea of going down the gay route when you are trying to appeal to a mass audience would have gone down well with Sir Alan. The boys proved that cheap and tacky and obvious goes down a lot better with Sir Alan. "Pile 'em high and sell 'em cheap" could be Sir Alan's motto. or "Never overestimate your audience's intellegence."

Also she was very negative and unsupportive last night. You should support the project manager even if you think they are going the wrong way. She should have said her piece and then got on with it.

He is so bland and boring in every task, even when selling wedding dresses.

Thats true, but I suspect by the look on her face when they won the task, that she thought they were going to lose!

TBH I thought they would lose too. If the other team had got the ad right they would have won for the box design alone. The ad should have been aimed at the young market. Claire was very good at the branding I thought and at that stage it looked like they would win it. The ad should have featured teenagers instead of schoolkids.

What I particularly didn't like about last night's episode was the disagreements between Lee and Lucinda. For the past couple of weeks we have seen them get on and they appeared to work well together even when Claire was in the team. Yet when Alex joins what appeared to be a solid working relationship they're at each others throats and "surprise surprise" the other team all look to be getting on together.

Alex is coming across as the instigator for tensions on any team he's working on. The guy is a real snake in the grass it's a shame the others (even the supposedly astute Helene) haven't cottoned on.

She did to a large extent. She didn't like the family idea but went to find a location.

No I did not. Lucinda tried to take over for gods sake. You gotta respect the team leaders decisions.

Yes exactly - couldn't agree more.

Did people not see Lucinda bitch behind both Alex's and Lee's backs to the camera acting like a posh, spoilt brat??

Afraid some only see what they want to see. Lucinda ailinated Lee last night with her attitude, Alex had nothing to do with it.

You have to get used to the fact that not everyone shares your perspective.

Some saw Lucinda's behaviour as justified, some didn't.

It may be that one side is right and the other wrong but without a lot more information there's no way of knowing.

You obvioiusly have a very strong opinion on the subject.

That does not make you necessarily correct.

Nor does it make you correct ... I am not here to argue with you. You know my opinion, you dont agree with it, thats life ... end of story, I am not going to argue with you. Nite
