Wikipedia has her full career outlined. . She did do some glamour modelling, but apparently had been on stage before that.

yeah, I don't pay too much attention to Wiki stuff. a few celebs have changed theirs only to have it changed back. I just was surprised to see DVO in a saucy photo showing her baps in a see through neglege that is beyond glamour for me

Why did this surprise you?
for years she was just a lads mag fav, appearing on big breakfast etc, not exactly a serious career.
She acts all holier than thou but really she's just a step up from the girls in Hollyoaks who got a lucky break.

Just because she went to Sylvia Young she thinks she's as good as anyone actually talented who went there. She's wrong. Nothing rankles me more than the whole 'Essex girl' thing. It's beyond annoying.
