Has Michael made any good decisions?
Drood
22-05-2008
As I'm baffled that Michael is still in the running I've been trying to think of a single good decision or contribution that he has made but I can't think of a single one.

I can't decide whether it's because I've got a selective memory due to my dislike of the man or he just really is that useless.

Anyone?

Didn't he briefly consider suicide?

Wot you talking about? What about the decision to;

- Give customers half a pizza. After all they didn't state explicitly that they wanted a whole one.......good business acumen.

- Get a chicken blessed by a muslim so that it could pass as kosher....as they were struggling to buy kosher, he obviously went for the comedy vote

- Accurately identifying that north london is next to central london...he's obviously acknowledging the non-london audience here....specifically the type who ask for tube directions with a tube map in hand.

- Calling people at the NEC 'dum dums'. They were.....to even consider buying a £600 cup cake based wedding cake

- Getting a pair of drunks to test the ice-cream flavours. Drunks have an inherent bias to dirty kebabs, so at least a more strict and objective view was likely

Not to pull his trousers down to prove he was Jewish. Don't think a BBC1 audience could handle that!

This whole Jewish thing is a nonsense, I surely won't beleive Alan is keeping him in for that reason, he's just being stubborn, if he fired him yesterday then its as good as admitting he was wrong for giving him TWO massive let-off already.

I think the term 'discerning pallette' saved him from the chop

I think SAS is enjoying all the adverese criticism that Michael is getting and probably knew how the GBP would react to this unpleasant man and is really giving the impression that he really does not care what we think. I am disappointed in him as I had a great respect for him. But that respect has gone.if he is keeping Michael there because he is Jewish it makes a mockery of the show and the other applicants might as well have not bothered to apply.

Anything good about the ad on last night's show was down to Michael - he said so himself

Of course he has. Didn't you watch last night? Everything good about the advert was down to him.
