What a bloody idiot SAS showed himself to be firing Raef- how can he justify sparing Motormouth and Dipsy when they have made more mistakes on the programme.

Raef you were shabbily treated. I don't think SAS wanted him in the show at all

To be fair to Clare, she has mroe than redeemed herself, winning task after task, being a good pitcher and PM and been a main player/contributer.

Yeah but Raef has made one mistake- last night- how many mistakes has Claire made- she undermined Alex last week- bad attitude to have had- and she should have gone weeks ago

I think you're quite right. Too posh for Siralan. Suspect Lucinda will be next...for the same reason

Well I agree entirely! Thing is, he's gonna keep the most odiousones in because they make good telly. I personally loathe Claire but I think she'll win it. Bags of confidence, that one - wish I could have some of what she's got!

What a mouth the size of the Dartford Tunnell, and a dreadful attitude if she isn't in charge

Brilliant team player to have

Wish I had that self belief though. I bet she has no personal hangups and nothing can touch her!! I'd pay good money for a bottle of that!

I'd sack her after one step out of line- and her mouth would probably seal her fate when that gets into overdrive

I'm really really unsure about this series. There have been some VERY questionable decisions made by SAS. The only thing I can put it down to is the editing! I know it's an old chestnut but, this series seems very disjointed. I disagree that SAS is an idiot in fact I would argue that the opposite is true. However, the editing has done him no favours this year with the people he has saved. As I've said in previous posts Alex, Helene, Michael, Clair and Lee should have gone by now but, when he's had the chance to get rid of them he's kept them. Margaret and Nick are his eyes and ears and they must be telling him positive things that the producers aren't showing us in the programmes otherwise the programme just isn't making sense.

Many bosses feel intimidated by those of superior intellect or upbringing. It brings out their insecurities and they don't like it. Someone like SAS will also probably not have time for those he considers have not had to work as hard as he supposes he has for their privelidge and he won't rate their talent even if they have bags.

People with money who haven't always had money are often very insecure. They know that money isn't necessarily a permanent fixture and they don't want anyone taking it away from them.

I have said all along if you look at the people he has hired previously and this lot in series 4 then its obvious that Alex fits that role to a T.

Pity really that he is absolutely useless.

Sorry Raef but you were obviously far to posh to work for siralan

Unlike Simon Ambrose, that working class oik he chose to work for him last year.

Unfortunatly he was put in a postition where he had to fire Raef. Based on that task, the person to blame has to be the project manager, because he made the final desicion on the advert. And even though michael was partly to blame, there's no way he could fire him after letting him get away with so much more in other tasks. I think it's a shame, but there was no other option.

SAS made it very clear he did not base his decision on the task, and there in, your argument falls apart.

So why didn't SAS put the odious Michael in for PM instead of Raef, when he'd clearly begged for it last week.

Not that it would have made any difference, he'd still have fired Raef, stupid man !

But he's utterly ignored who was to blame in other weeks. In the laundry task, Shazia was plainly not to blame (we so clearly saw Jenny send her back to the house that you can't even put it down to the edit). It was also plain last week that the bad decisions that lost the task were made by Helene, on Michael's urging.

I'm beginning to think he just rolls a dice!

Well we are not seeing everything thats for sure.
Are the programme makers just showing the iceing or has SAS lost the plot?
If we are to beleave the programme makers then Michael is a fool. This was not Raef's best moment & I did not expect him to win or reach the final but was he the worst on the team?
I will miss him.

furious that raef was fired over sophocles and miss piggy.
i seriously could have throttled sugar last night, ffs raef had been in the bottom two once before.
i think the reaction of the "your fired"audience said it all.
it stank of a set up to get rid of raef.
this programme is fast losing any credibility it once had.it shows the kind of people sugar wants working for him.liars and cheats with no integrity.
