Samsung LCD teletext problem

Does anyone else have this problem.

Quite often when i press the Enter/Ok button on the remote to select a teletext page nothing happens, the red light flashes on the tv though. I know the batteries are fine because all the other remote control functions work ok.

what platform - what channel ?

What do you mean 'what platform'?

It happens on all channels which have teletext. usually i just use teletext on BBC and ITV.

So your using the Analogue Text platform rather than digital text?

I'm not 100% as I dont use teletext but are you sure you should be using the ok/enter button anyway? I would not have thought it was required for Analogue teletext.

No i don't use Analogue, i use Digital teletext so the Ok/enter button is required.
