I was one of Jon's biggest supporters early on. I loved him from his first diary room moment. However, I don't think he's doing himself any favours by appearing on RISE day after day. If he goes for a media career it's going to be very shortlived. People are going to tire of him and it's only going to end in disappointment. I really think for his own long term happiness he ought to call it a day and go straight back to work.

Why dont you think he is doing himself any favours appearing on RI:SE regularly?. Lots of people(me included) only started watching the show when Jon became a regular guest. In fact I think he has been excellent on the show. I assume the producers think the same or they wouldn't have him there so much. He also tends to get included in the general business of the show more than any other hm they have had on. Today was his last day "for a while"(Ians words) as he is going back to work.
Why do you think his media career, if he chose to have one, would be short lived?. Whether some people tire of him or not is irrelevent, I tired of Carol Voderman and Davina (BBqueen
) a long time ago, but it doesn't stop them clogging up the tv scheduels. Jon hinted there maybe some kind of press release next week regarding future projects......personally I hope he is going to do some more tv work, I haven't tired of him at all.

I agree that the viewing public are notoriously fickle, but I don't begrudge Jon for wanting to take up any opportunities that might be offered to him.

I and my family and friends are 'some other people' and we think he is the best thing on RI:SE. Infact we wont be bothering with the show much if at all now he has finished guesting. We have endured enough of the crappy Lawler.
So the answer to your question is....some people are bored by him and some people aren't. If he does announce a future tv project you will be able to exercise your right not to watch it. Just as I will exercise my right to watch and enjoy!
From what he said this morning, today was his last day on rise monday he is back at work. Whether you loved or hated jon he is a character the very reason he is still being discussed proves what an asset to this years big bro he was. He as always been totally honest if somebody asked his opinion he gave it without stopping to think whether he had offended anyone.

Yes we would love Cameron to go back to his mud hut on the remote island all be it 70 Grand + richer and we would love it if he never came back again.
