I certainly didn't. All of my friends didn't. I know about 2 people that voted for cameron to win! We all wanted Scott to win and he came 3rd!
I think it was a fix!
They prob wanted Cameron to win so that more older people think they are in for a chance of winning!
So it will be even more boring!

I mean... what did he bring to the house? Boredom, boredom, oh and more boredom!
He didnt do anything in the house to liven things up. He shouldnt of been the one that went to Africa either!
I dont think he should of won!, and i dont think he should be getting all the publicity either!
I mean. how boring!!

lilclaire1234!! I agree. There's 10 of us that are very keen BB fans since BB1 and none of us could abide Cameron, most of us wanted Jon to win or Scott, although Scott didn't actually set the place on fire did he?
They ousted the best HMs too early (Fed, Jon, Anouska) as that lot would have obviated the need for Lisa and Jon's return and that very very dodgy "bomb alert" (ha!! as if!)
I swear the producers just used Ben Elton's "Dead Famous" book to plot BB4 the only differnece being that the book was interesting.!
We also all said at the satrt that Scott was going to win but then as soon as the S.Africa trip was posited we knew that Cameron would "Just happen by the Diary Room" . Anyone else going in before him would have simply been asked about their bowel movements or the like! As soon as we knew he'd got the trip and then the blatant 2 weeks free of nomination we knew who BB4's winner was going to be. (As you may recall the Bookies Odds dropping accordingly for Cam and they know a thing or two!). But if being totally superficially religious when it suited and didactic with it and insincere and homophobic are the criteria for winning BB then Cam fitted the bill admirably.
Flip, mental! Och, can I stay up Mum to watch mesel on the telly?
You don't fool me Cameron, you played Endemol's game to a tee.

I only know one Cameron fan, and she liked Justine too, thankfully she is too mean to vote, and even more thankfully she lives a long way from me

I thought Cameron stood out like a sore thumb from the start, then from about week 3 I got the feeling that Cameron had been picked ages ago, probably soon after last years BB, and for the next nine months they just searched for people to fit around him. Then, as you say, he 'happened' to go to the diary room and they whisked him off to SA, from then on, game over, job done!.

I can quite honestly say that I would have voted for every other housemate in there to win, including the awful Justine and scary Lisa, if It would have prevented cameron winning. I do wonder sometimes if this was endermols plan to try to keep us voting.

I agree that Cameron should not have won and am glad to say that I dont know anyone who voted for him. But I dont think he was the most boring in the hse, he was just the biggest fake.

Also want to defend older people.....Cameron is not a good representative. There are plenty of fascinating people over 30.....40...50...60......who would be better than some of this years housemates.

Yes, a fait accompli wasn't it? And I dont think Endemol know what subtle means, do they? We all thought that as soon as Cam was (just by happenstance) chosen, er, offered to go to S.Africa: "That's the winner sorted then, seeing as how not only does he get to be THE AMBASSADOR (remember) FOR UK BB but in a blatant last-place-securing gesture here's two weeks from being nominated free"
Tickle_Disciple
We also said what you have just said, namely, we would have voted for anyone (well, we couldn't include Lisa, be fair!) mostly to wipe that smug grin off old-rolly-eyes!
Oh, we also declared Jon unofficial winner between us as well.

If she could ever have been bothered to vote for anyone (no, that's not fair, she did actually vote for Brian, I seem to remember) I reckon my mum would have voted for Cameron. She's 68, exceeding myopic, going a bit deaf and far too gullible. Anyhow, a quick chat soon put her right...

I neither have rinshed hair, nor am i 68.
I'm just very good at picking nice decent people to win BB.

I know quite a few people that thought Cameron was really sweet and deserved to win. One of my mates saw my copy of heat the other day with Cameron on the cover. She picked it up and started waxing lyrical about him til I set her straight about things he's said. suffice to say she was a non E4 viewer and changed her mind once she heard me go off on one.

Everyone I've tried this approach on is totally impervious to my opinion.
"There are none so blind as those who will not see"

I'm convinced they think I was having auditory hallucinations when I heard lovely Cameron making such nasty remarks or they insist that he must've been joking.

I almost wonder sometimes if I lived in a parallel universe for 9 weeks

Try directing them to the some of the forums on the Cameron fan websites and let them read the comments from the freaks on there.

If that doesn't change the mind of any reasonable human being then nothing will!

I didn't vote for Cameron to win but the above comment really riles me. I am over 50 and thought this years BB was just as boring as you youngsters did. I also thought Cameron was a fake. So please stop being ageist.

Thanks
Very wise approach and at least I won't have to get all hot, bothered and angry just trying to get my point across.

I see in the 'Winner's Story' last night they palyed Cam's famous windpipe comment; only this time they played it in full (for the first time that I can recall) & Cam said that he was only joking. Puts a slightly different complexion on it methinks.
