I have just picked up one these boxes and I'm a little confused, do you only get fully functional PVR if you subscribe to TUTV or is there some way of switching off the TUTV function. Also a point in the right direction of finding a user manual would also be helpful.

Quite simply...go into menu - set up - customise TUTV anytime - then deactivate all the ticked TUTV chanels
