I just got it today and I think its brilliant. All the songs offer something different. It has so much going on musically, I've even heard horns (Mark Ronson would be impressed ). Also Katie (yes that's her name ) has an amazing voice and uses it differently on each track.

If all you have heard from the Ting Tings is That's Not My Name or Great DJ or both and were not impressed, then let me tell you they offer more on this album, lots of variety.

If you did like those songs very likely you have got the album and if not get it.

Spooky Tom I am listening to it right now ...... a seriously good album, every track different, I am very impressed - mind you I loved TNMN and GDJ. Really catchy songs, uplifting too, if this does not hit number one in the album charts I will be very surprised.

Thought it sounded weird first time, but second listen now think it is rather catchy

My 9 year old niece loves them.

Bar two songs, the album is fab. And not too long either.

I bought the album a few days ago and I love it. I love Be The One and Keep Your Head, they both have a slight 80's summer feel to it. I think Traffic Light is a very clever song, but I haven't taken to We Started Nothing, I just dont like the pitch she's singing in. Other than that I love the album. Oh and what the hell Impacilla Carpisung about?!

Well, when I read that The Ting Tings were the saviours of pop, I was hoping for something exceptional like the best pop album since Erasure's 'The Innocents'.....

Instead I got what sounded like a load of Shampoo out-takes.......not very impressive in terms of musical accomplishment at all either......a lot of the songs sound very basic.....

Sorry guys, probably me just being an old fart.......glad you all like it, but I just can't see what the fuss is about........

absolutely love that song, it just kicks in so well, and the intro iis just amazing, and then the bit towards the end... if noting makes you feellll goooddd, its just a cleverly constructed song\!

I am in my 40's so probably qualify as an "old fart" too but love this album, infact I am listening to it now

I get what your saying about black balloon, very similar.

Just bought the album today and it's average. A few stand out tracks mainly the single releases, but apart from that there's really not a lot to be excited about.

Extremely similar to CSS, except CSS manage to pull of this raw, upbeat sound a heck of a lot better then the Ting-Tings and I really don't think it will be hard for CSS to top this with the new album.
