Jon returning to work?
Apologies if this has been mentioned but did anyone else see RI:SE this morning?
Ian made a bet with Jon that he wouldn't be able to hack going back to work and was insistent that he'd be desparate to get back on TV as soon as possible. I've never understood why people who have tv careers seem to be under the impression that their jobs are something everyone must covet. However, Jon does seem to be getting disturbingly comfortable in the RI:SE studio and he's fairly professional and watchable when he does his "Tickle on TV" spot although compared with Kate Lawler anyone would look worthy of an award!

When's he going back to work and why is he still on the show?? I do like Jon but Big Brother is over so there's no real point to his being on the show.

Let's see what happens My guess is that he will go back to work but make the odd TV appearance until the offers dry up, which going by past BBers will be about a year from now |

I think he said next week but I admit I was only half listening while I rushed around getting ready for work.
I wonder if Jon's Achilles' heel (blondes) has something to do with his continued appearance on the show? |

But possibly he keeps insisting that he's going back to work on August 11th to up the ante on any offers he may be considering. |

I dunno. Jon's fun to watch on TV, but he doesn't have the shmoozing skills required to be a minor celebrity - and since he's the sort of person who seems very aware of his strengths and faults, he probably realises that as well.
I can't see why anyone who's happy with their job would want to chuck it in for the dubious benefits of being on TV. You just have to see how it worked out for Narinder, for instance. She's said she made a lot more at her old job than she does now. |

Just look at all the free publicity he's given them this summer with his short resumes of the entire plot

Judas Prick..le back at work. I bet his workmates cant bear the thought of seeing Judas's ugly, 2 faced, snarling, obnoxious face on Monday morning.
Their gain is our most eagerly awaited lose. Bog off Judas.

Such anger! Why don't you go and eat some chocolate or something to sweeten you up a little? There's always the on/off switch you know |
