Technika Digi2000 T UK Freeview set-top box help

I have the above, and annoyingly, I have lost the outer two pages of the instruction manual, which include the chapter on "support".
My freeview box seems to be constantly freezing and saying it needs to update, not matter how many times I let it update. Also, I can no longer get the picture for E4, although I still have sound. I have done an automatic search and renewed the channel list, but to no avail.
Does anyone have the manual for this please, or a support contact number for Technika? I can't find one online at all, or even a website for them.

Thanks for your reply. I have had a read but am none the wiser. I am not very good with technical things. In simple terms, does this mean I need a new box? Is there anything I can do? I didn't really undertstand that thread at all.

You won't, there's no such company, it's just a badge used on cheap gear by the supermarket you bought it from - you only choice is to get in touch with them, who should provide 'support' for a minimum of 6 years or so.

you could try Freesat or Freesatfromsky ? if you have receiption problems

a much more stable platform BUT depends as you may well get a decent signal

Woo hoo - managed to eventually get a support number from Tesco (0845 601 2549). The guy was really helpful and I now have E4 back and he says it won't update all the time.
