It's no spoiler. Clair was accused of cheating in this task. Naturally people accuse others of cheating only when they loose so I am correctly assuming her team won.

I don't think that is logical at all tbh. It could be that whoever is fired from HER team is the one accusing her of cheating after THEY are fired not here, so it doesn't prove who wins or loses either way.

But then if Clair cheated wouldn't that mean her team won?

Also, do we know that she did actually cheat? Nope. Someone alleging she cheated and her actually cheating are two different things entirely....

All we know is that someone accused her of calling friends to come and hire the cars.

This accusation could have been made before or after the task had finished.

Given that no action was taken it would appear that the producers were either certain that she'd done nothing wrong or if there was any doubt they were satisfied that it had not affected the outcome.

So no clue as to whether her team won or lost.

Jennifer got caught, Clair didn't, although she didn't really cheat all she did was call some friends when the cameras were off but apparently if the cameras had been on it would have been perfectly acceptable.

No it would not have been acceptable. It is against the rules to call friends during tasks.

I don't think Claire cheated. I believe it was just a false accusation made by one of the other candidates.
