A conniving and treachorous creep. I just can't stand the thought of him making the final, and yet it's becoming a real possibility.

He blatantly lied about inventing the raffle idea and I felt a growing urge to wipe that smirk off his smug face as tonight's show progressed!

Tell me about it, he is an utter weasel....the way he manipulated Lee tonight regarding the dividing of the teams only serves to reinforce it.

Now that Michael is gone, Alex is back at number one on my hit list....

I totally agree with you. I wanted to wipe that smug sneer off his face in the board room.

He would have been history in week one if it wasn't for Nick and his madness.

Alex is one of the front runners. Between him and Claire for me. Don't forget he made 8 grand, he's my fave.

And the other thing that is really annoying me is that you still get some of my fellow women saying they like Alex because they think he is good looking....imho they are letting the side down there, this is the 21st century for goodness sake, it shouldn't all come down to looks in this day and age!!!

This is where you and I disagree Muttley 76, as he's never been off mine!

He was always on my hit list, it's just that last week Michael briefly over-took him after Raef was fired, now it's back to Alex again....

I don't like Alex at all, but I must grudgingly admit that he did well today and is good at sales. I have to keep reminding myself that this isn't a personality contest (otherwise he'd stand no chance) - I do find it hard to look at him objectively though, he just winds me up so much!

I think he may blow it in the interviews. I think he's a rough, mouthy arse.

Fit? If you like them straight out of a cave and dragging their knuckles maybe. Yuck.

I think he's incredibly smarmy and annoyingly frustrating. He did make a good sale tonight but the praise for him was way overrated as I felt he was lucky to be renting the expensive cars , especially since he got only 2 customers. Claire did better overall.

I have never liked him from the first week. Such a smug & arrogant man with no redeeming qualities. He's not even good looking!

It would be a treat to see him get the boot next week.

Maths GCSE Question One: Claire sells 10 cars for £10K each, Alex sells 2 cars for £100K each. Who does better overall? [Extra points can be earned for showing your working out]

I meant in terms of the amount of customers they pulled in and her sales were consistent throughout the day whereas Alex was lucky to get both sales in the last 30 minutes.

The answer depends on whether or not you ignore variance.

(Or whether you are talking about their selling ability in general or the profit on the particular instance in questionn).

Is there any need for you to be rude?

Claire still sold more cars, which was clearly Ansildrall point....

I know, I agree with you really and I really can't stand Alex either but it's the £s in the tin at the end of the task that counts when it comes to the winning team.

However even Lucinda did better than Helene so she was lucky she was up against a very demoralised and tired Michael who knew he had left his get out of jail free card in his other suit.

I wasn't meaning to be rude, it was an attempt at humour but obviously a poor one. One of those cases where it loses something between brain and keyboard. But I apologise if I have upset anybody, that wasn't my intention at all. Sorry.

If you had put a at the end it would have softened it, it was just the bit about the workings out that came over a bit rude. I was probably over-reacting a bit myself...

I do think that Alex did better on this task than he has done previously and I can see why SAS has kept him in until now but I still think the praise lavished upon him is a little OTT for what he actually did.

Claire would bone Alex in a second. Says it all really

God, please not those two in the final!

I always forget the smilies. My son is just revising for his Maths GCSE so that's why I put in about the workings out!

Too right. If Alex had been project manager, he wouldn't have gone for the Zonda.

If Alex had been PM he would have faded quietly into the background and let the others hang themselves....much as he does every other week...
