Helene because of her face ....
and the way she treated Lucinda in the task when they has to do the photography, she really showed her true colours. |

Lucinda - Although Lucinda is a very good project manager, I just found her to be quite disruptive and rude this week, twisting Lee's words. She could have asked for Lee to go through the car information with her as long as she wanted before location, but no, she insisted that Lee go with her.
Lee - Lee slacked with the training of Lucinda, but in a sense, I don't blame him for pushing her to a side as she was speaking quite rudely to him. However, in order to maximise sales, he could have taken her to Alex and Lee's location and got her to stand with them for a bit to see how it's done and then sent her on. Also, Lee scares me a lot with his temper. Very good project management, however, could improve his ability to train. Alex - Smug on this task, but can you blame him? Quite a poor performer last week as he was just lucky that the other team made fundemental errors, however performed very well this week. I don't know whether it was just the camera that portrayed him as being as smug as you can get. But the camera really annoyed me! Helene - (Whom I voted for) I don't know whether this is purely down to editing, but she doesn't really come across as contributing to the tasks. I think she's going to go after interviews due to her "in-your-face" attitude. It's scariness to the max. All of the above are not my favourites. |

I voted for Helene but I don't rate Alex either.
I guess Alex is young so SAS is likely to give him a chance ... |

It's got to be Alex for me this week too - for the way he tried to take credit for the raffle idea, and for palling up with Lee to cut Lucinda out. Lee was pretty grotty this week too though, and Helene ("Alma Baldwin") giving it the goggly weepy eyes in the boardroom annoyed me as well!

Voted for Alex, then wished I'd voted for Helene. Never mind, Alex is loathesome enough.

woops - voted for Claire, but she is my favorite. Missed the LEAST favourite bit.
My least favourite has to be Dean Gaffney, no, I mean Lee. |

Lee on the way he treated Lucinda...setting her up for the sack if he lost the task.
Surprised Alex topping the poll...doesn't seem to have done much lately.. |

Quoting my own posts! I meant to say "...much lately to annoy the posters on digital spy..."
![]() seriously though, Alex has always been bubbling under in this poll week on week, but until now there has always just been someone slightly less popular than him, but he hasn't been liked on this board since week 3 or 4 really....and the reasons are plentiful. |

Lucinda- whiny wet blanket with few skills.
Yes Helene was harsh to her, but Helene doesnt suffer fools gladly, and in week 4 Lucinda was very much playing the fool card. |
