In retrospect I think the whole raffle idea was a bad one. They had to sell 100 tickets at £30 each for it to be profitable and for the scheme to work. This would entail concentrating time and effort on selling sufficient small units of £30 rather than the larger value 'units' of car rental which is what they were meant to be selling in order to satisfy the task.
