I never warmed to the woman , I admit. From her nonexistent skills - I never got why she was employed anywhere in the first place when all she does is sit around, pretend to be doing stuff and sit 'smart' in the BR.
It looks like a useless person to have in the show, especially so late in the series.
I much preferred the posh guy to her - at least he was amusing.
But Helene seems to be a little bully - could this be her only 'skill' she is good at?
Remember her swipe at Sara anmd her team in the BR when she lost, a few weeks ago?
Remember her last night? Really vicious, if you ask me.

Do you think she is jalous of everyone younger, or prettier, or smarter and tries to bring them down?

Because it looked that way to me, every time I watch.

I'm not sure at what point she was 'vicious' last night, though I agree with your point about Sara?

I don't remember her doing anything ever!

I think she made it clear early on in the show that if the PM took her into the Boardroom she would fight hard to stay in and this put some PM's off bringing here in.

The 2 times when she was PM she didnt seem to do that much tbh,

All i saw here doing in the Photograph task was drinking Cups of tea and laying into Lucinda for not being able to use the computer.

Same on the wedding task standing there not looking pretty in the slightest wearing a wedding dress she seemed to do very little, this could be down to the way the shows were editted.

I dont think she has much chance making the final 2 to be fair, i think she will be in the first 2 to go next week.

Nope.

She doesn't come across that way to me at all.

In particular, I don't get this; "Remember her last night? Really vicious,".

Apart from saying Michael should be fired (and in the whole history of the programme has anyone ever said it should be themselves?) I don't remember her criticising anyone.

What she did do was say the exact right thing to AS whom I thought was going to fire both of them. I must admit I though she'd had it and couldn't imagine what she could say to say him but she got it and lived to fight another day.

Yes, there is the mystery of what she does or does not do.

I'm really looking forward to seeing her perform in the interviews in the hope that the mystery will at last be solved.

someone said, i think margerate or nick or someone on the you're fired programme that she is just one of those that you easily forget

and that is absolutely right, i know the other candidates exist, i even see michael exists, but she is just one of those background randoms to me, and still is

I think they might of been Sara im not sure tbh,

Last night i agree she put across the best argument on why she should stay,

Micheal picked up on the factor that he was young and SAS saw some potential in him and tried to play it as much as he could.

Yes that was how I remembered it. I don't like Helene much, but I thought she was spot on in the boardroom last night. It was about time someone called SAS on the BS he was spouting about Michael being 'young' as a reason to excuse his dreadful performance week on week...

Nick and Margaret said of Helene in an interview that 'she gets more able'. I don't think they were referring to her when they said that on your fired...it was Sara I think?

Depends how many people they have in the final this year. Normally it's just two, but there are indications it may be more this time around...

She was on good behaviour last night but previously she has been a right bi*ch towards Sara and Lucinda. In the photography task she was really nasty to Lucinda

I think Helene just doesn't suffer fools gladly - and in the photo task Lucinda was being particulary obtuse.

I like both Helene and Lucinda but feel that that incident in the photo task was a demerit for each of them.

Helene set it up as Lucinda had told her she couldn't use a computer. Any other boss would have helped so that they would have one the task. Helene wanted to fail to get rid of Lucinda. At least Lucinda tries Helene just seems to sit there what exactly does Helene do ?

I never understood why people said she had a dislike of Sara. I never noticed that. And a few weeks before she had stood up for Sara when Claire was blaming her for their team not doing well.

The trouble with both Lucinda & Helene compired to say Alex, Lee, Claire & Raef before he went is that they find it a bit harder to get their messege across.
We have only seen more of Lucinda becouse the editors may think she is a bit ( for want of a better word) nutty as a fruit cake although nowhere near as Jo a few years ago.

Helene also dresses more in an office suite compired to Lucinda who likes to dress which I like however what on earth was she doing with that makeup last week in the BR.

Personally I would love to see Claire, Lucinda & Helene fighting it out in the final but I rather doubt that will happen.

In last night's episode I was glad to see the question of what Helene actually does finally being raised.

She has been clever enough to remain under the radar; accepting the plaudits when things go well, but remaining on the sidelines for the majority of the tasks so that if things go belly-up she can step aside and relinquish responsibility.

Each time her team has been successful it has been in spite of her, not because of her.

I've never liked Helene. I'm surprised she has survived this long. What has she DONE exactly? I can't bring anything to mind where she has excelled. She seems to just like moaning and sniping about everone else, Lucinda and Sara especially. Maybe she daren't mess with Claire!

she was right in the boardroom but she's an incredibly negative influence, I don't think I ever see her crack a smile

she's proved herself to be a useless team manager, team member and salesperson

I repeat, what CAN she do? I suppose if Sir Al needs a global pricing leader she'll fit the bill

I don't see Helene as a bully.

In fact, yesterday in the boardroom was the first time i've ever been remotely impressed by her - she fought her corner well.

She did let herself down in regards to Lucinda - I can see the tough love approach she was going for but all she did was let herself and the team down and look petty.
