Simon has already provided her with singing lessons and every night is making it so obvious that he wants her to win.
Does anyone else think it is annoying how he promoting her so much and showing so much favourtism to her compared to the other contestants surely everyone should be given equal chance should they????

She is the outstanding talent in the show and the one that could shift millions of records. Which is really why Simon produces the show.

It could end up working against her. People tend to either react against the blatant favouritism or think there will be no need to vote as she is "so safe"

Mind you, Simon will be more introduced in the first album

I don't think she is that good to be honest.

Simon has not got were he is today without being shrewd. He speaks to people not only in this country bus also the states where he has been filming American Idol. He will know who is generating the most intrest in the industry on both sides of the pond and the one to make him the most money in the long run.

I personally think Scala will win. Anyway it's a lot of pressure to put on a 12 year old girl.

And yet a Faryl supporter would claim that he's pushing Andrew who got so much media attention after his appearance on the show. Even featured on the news!

They all have a vocal coach, that Yvie Burnett woman who works with alot of his acts outside the show as well. I doubt Andrew or the plumber are walking around lost without anyone to help.

Incidentally, Simon produces the show because the actual Got Talent franchise will make him more money than any pop act he can hope to find (short of discovering The Beatles mark 2). If all he wanted were the winners, he could have sat happily on Idol. The winners provide a very pleasant bonus, though. A bit like the voting revenues. The big money is in the advertising and particularly the international rights.

She's untouchable and I don't think it matters if there is favouritism there or not because if there wasn't and he was honest, he would say she is amazing anyway because she is.

All the judges were just saying how they thought George will win the whole thing on ITV2. The favouritism is so unbearable i had 2 turn over

if she is such a great talent then surely she would be a hit on you tube but there is way more popular acts on you tube..and the boy singers are better because there is plenty of girls like her but there is not much young boys with such outstanding voices...i would love to see her get to final but i think there is more worthy winners than her...

He doesn't stand a chance against her, they are only bigging him up to try and get more people to vote for him so that they can earn more money

wel obviously you didnt understand them because they said out of the ones so far they want him to win but Simon still mentions how the best is yet to come

I don't think Faryl would be aimed at the youtube crowd.

Although I think she is one of, if not the most talented there, sadly I don't think her singing style appeals to a lot of YouTube users. You've got people like George, who although I think is fantastic, will get YouTube hits just because younger girls think he's 'fit'. YT hits don't mean anything though.

I just think that Simon C says and does exactly what he wants, and doesn't give a damn what anyone else thinks - which is fair enough. He really likes Faryl, he's coaching her - she's going to have a career whether she wins this or not.

(I have to say though, when I first saw Faryl, I thought she looked about 30, not 12! Was anyone else really surprised at how old she looked, or is it just me?!)

YouTube hits don't mean everything. The views are from all over the world and therefore it's hard to know how many of those are from the UK alone.

I think this sort of sentence is completely and utterly bizarre. Why shouldn't the judges have favourites - that's the whole point of their job their!!!

The contestants all get to perform equally, and all have the chance to win over the public. There is no reason why the judges shouldn't be honest as to what they think is best ... in fact remove that and you've pretty much eliminated their purpose.

Simon's right. Both Faryl and Scala have more potential than George.
