dont eat too many because you get bored... that sounds strange but even if you vary the ingredients after a while they start to taste the same. ive found that even if you dont have one for about 6 months, when you do, you can instantly tell its a subway.

I've never had one. Are they all meat? They seem to be, from the ads.

Thank you! There's one in St Ives I might try some time. But then there's loads of other places there which are probably better. But how will I know, if I don't try one. Hmmmm....

There's 2 vege ones. One which is just cheese and your choice of salad and one which is a vege burger.
I quite like both of them ![]() Quote:
They've got a Veggie Delite Kim and it's only 2.7 grams of fat in a six inch sandwich. Bloody brilliant.

Can't stand Subway, it is processed shite, there are independent Sandwich shops that are a million times better.

There are a few others too, although alas you won't find them in most stores. The Veggie Pizza can be had anywhere, as it's simply cheese with the Marinara Sauce. A small number of stores still do Feta Cheese, an even smaller number serve Egg Mayo and a few stores are currently trialing a new Sub called the "Mediterranean Medley", which is a blend of Mozzarella, peppers and tomatoes. |

Whats with the Subway bashing?!?!?
I love it. Have about one a week, sometimes more when I'm in Uni everyday. My personal faves are Chicken Pizziola on Honey Oat Subway Melt on Herb and Cheese and Sweet Chilli Chicken on Honey Oat. None of them ever taste the same as the others though? we must have better branches up here |

I had a BSE (Bad Subway Experience!)
The wholemeal baguette was like dust (ie it shattered when I bit into it) and the tomato meatball filling tasted of dust too. I guess it was consistent at least! |

Subway's not bad compared to BK or Maccy D's.
But I'd rather use an independent shop - much better |

Subway meat ball sandwich, where it all falls out the sides and you end up eating it with a fork. Lush
