The woman really looked like her when they showed her for a second time. I've had a look on the net and Denny's real name is Alicia Eyo.

I have no problem with immigrantsn coming over who can pay their own way. The fact is with all these VT's, they are all designed to get the viewer's sympathy vote.I would not be surprised that they have been told to do it.

cause of Simon, for the american version, something about, simon didnt have time to appear on it or something, and paid for Piers to go to a meeting in America after putting in a good word for him and he got the job. i read Piers talking about it a few weeks ago.
Simon was not allowed to go on it - he is hosting American Idol which is on one network(Fox), and he sold the format to another channel - his company can work on the product but Fox didn't want him to be on screen on another channel - bit like if you host on ITV and BBC at the same time.

From dictionary.com

Semi final - adjective 1. of or pertaining to the round preceding the final one in a tournament from which losers are eliminated.
Yes, but that's the yanks - they wouldn't know what English was it if bit them on the arse

From Camebridges advanced learner:

semi-final
noun [C usually plural]
one of the two games that are played to decide who will take part in the final game of a competition

Piers now calling someone arrogant? Get him a mirror, quick!
His own being arrogant has nothing to do with others not being it.

Is it just a coincidence or what, because every performer who performed last won the public vote..

My wife and I have been saying the same thing all week.
Its all been very predictable which makes you wonder if it was fixed or is it just that they knew which acts were good enough to close the show.
You would of thought with all the phone vote fixings of late they would of changed the running order so as to not make it so obvious which act was gonna win each show.

I still cannot believe she's 12 (though probably more near to 13), I'm 24 and she probabley looks older than me.
I can't believe 50 people have to post that every time she's on
